Overview:This position is responsible for assisting Trust Officers with all aspects of trust administration including, new account opening, investment and account review process, discretionary distributions, bill payment, request for checks, transaction activity, marketing and client support. Provide exceptional service to clients in adherence to Company standards, follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:
- Perform Customer Service related tasks including but not limited to:
- New account set-up.
- Closing of accounts.
- Deposits/Disbursements.
- Account status changes.
- Support officers as follows:
- Prepare portfolio reviews and recommendations for rebalancing.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and correspondence.
- Review daily cash reports.
- Process Discretionary Distributions from Trusts.
- Process Bill Payments.
- Respond to and interpret requests for checks, transaction activity, statement mailings, address changes, tax information, trust account reports, wires, etc. in accordance with account agreements and established procedures.
- Scan and organize reports, correspondence, forms, reports, and other client and department information
- Assist in the Administration of Estates and Trusts:
- Execute Estate timeline procedures.
- Work with accountants, attorneys, and beneficiaries when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ of applicable experience.
