The primary role of the Universal Banker II is to support customer engagement by regularly opening new deposit accounts, perform in depth customer service research, and identify opportunities to educate and recommend products and services to help our customers meet their financial goals and needs. The Universal Banker II also processes consumer and business banking transactions to include balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and provide basic account information.
