Foodland IGA is currently hiring for a floral clerk who enjoys designing and creating arrangements for our Floral Department. As a Floral Clerk, you will play a key role in creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions, including weddings, holidays, and special events

- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs

- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral department

- Processing orders and handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency

- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed

- Providing knowledgeable assistance and advice on floral care and maintenance

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floral design or a related field preferred

- Strong creative skills and an eye for detail

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Knowledge of floral varieties, care techniques, and industry trends is a plus
