We seek an Accounts Payable clerk who will oversee and coordinate all Accounts Payable utilizing Bill.com, online payment portals and Quick Books on-line. The AP clerk will be responsible for receiving and processing invoices through bill.com in a timely manner. AP includes not only vendor invoices, but rent, utilities, carrier payments, insurance, refunds to customers and escalating any urgent payments required to the Controller. The AP clerk will report to the Controller.
