Summary Description
Assists Trust Operations Manager and Trust Division staff with all operations functions.
Essential Functions
•Processes day-to-day transactions in current assigned job duties
•Prepares reports, disbursements, inventories, reconcilements, etc. that may be required; responsible for operating procedures pertaining to Trust function
•Assists with customers' problems, prospective customers or representative of other departments
•Assists in special projects
•Assists in carrying out the overall direction of the department
•Assists in the management of accounts by seeing that such functions as valuation of assets, investment review, liquidity realization, tax planning, court reporting, assets distribution, fee determination, tax reporting and payment are executed and prepares and/or types reports
•Performs various administrative duties such as: preparing letters, reports, memorandums, maintaining files of correspondence, and reports
•Provides customer service support through answering the telephone, taking messages, etc.
•Adheres to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Position Requirements
•High school degree or GED required
•Six months experience in customer service
•Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally-controlled conditions
•Typically, the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work
