Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for an Associate Wealth Management Officer to join our Wealth team!

The Wealth Management and Trust Services team provides customized, comprehensive financial management services and solutions to clients. As a key member of the team, the incumbent engages directly with clients to seamlessly deliver a combination of financial planning, investment, tax and/or fiduciary services. In addition, the incumbent works closely with assigned Portfolio Managers and the client's key outside advisors to facilitate and/or perform a broad range of investment, trust, tax and overall financial planning activities for clients. This position includes various and diverse tasks inherent in meeting the service and fiduciary needs of assigned clients. Additionally, the incumbent works with the team to develop and assure team business development goals are met.

Ideal candidates will have bachelor's degree, with major in finance, accounting or comparable discipline preferred with two years relevant work in financial planning, investment advisory, tax preparation and/or fiduciary related activities. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes to execute activities with accuracy and efficiency. Proven ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients and their outside advisors. Excellent business development skills and interest
