Responsibilities:
Supervises and oversees the activities of the branch staff and assisting on the line as needed. Assists with periodic performance reviews; provides ongoing counsel, training, development and motivation.
Assists the Branch Manager in educating, coaching and motivating branch staff to recognize and fulfill branch-related sales and service expectations. Provides ongoing communication coaching, and feedback to staff regarding performance and goals.
Directs daily operations by balancing ATM and enforcing dual
control procedures.
Sells
bank products/services by explaining
the features in a knowledgeable effective manner.
Expand
and maintain current business relationships by performing business
development calls to existing customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess good analytical, problem solving, customer service, oral and written communication skills. Technologically proficient. Must have two years of branch experience with demonstrated sales and supervisory ability.
