Adheres to all coding and privacy policies, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, Tumor Registrar may require an associate degree or equivalent. Requires Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) credential. May require Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
