DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. In This Role You Will- Evaluate comparable sales
- Renovation estimating
- Prepare deal pro formas for investment underwriting packages
Requirements- Construction and Rehab knowledge
- Background in single family residential real estate is required
- Background in real estate finance
- Ability to adapt to change as the company moves forward in its strategic vision
- Critical Thinker
- Strong Excel & Word skills are required
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external staff/management
- MLS/CoStar experience is a plus
