Job Overview:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have experience in order entry and data entry. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations for multiple companies of the owner.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls(minimal), responding to emails, and managing calendars

- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks

- Coordinate and plan Estimates, installs, signings and other need items.

- Provide support in proofreading documents and correspondence

- Maintain email communications between vendors, customers and prospects

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe and Micrsoft Office products

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

This position is 10-20 hours a week to start and may increase during the warmer and summer months as our business have to do with recreational items/financing. Hours may not be consisten to start and is fully remote. Must have own computer and phone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
