JOB PURPOSE
This position is a working supervisor responsible for all aspects of the drop and count, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulation of the Gaming commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Directs staff in slot drop pick-ups, table games drops, counting money.
2. Prepares various reports, transfer sheets.
3. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
4. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
5. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
6. Initiates and maintains communication with subordinates, employees, management, and other departments in facilitating the flow of information throughout the property.
7. Deal tactfully with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with minimal financial impact on Casino operations.
8. May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of pull count experience at a casino. Supervisory experience preferred.

3. Ability to read, write and understand English.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.

Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
LICENSING
Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law.
