    • Assures accurate coding of charge tickets and charges.
    • Facilitates delivery of Authorization to Treat in Emergency Rooms. Facilitates the delivery of Emergency Logs to the Medical Director.
    • Facilitates the delivery of EKGs to assigned Provider to be read. Facilitates the delivery of X-ray and EKG discrepancy reports to Medical Management.
    • Facilitates the delivery of copies of DME Waivers to Utilization Management.
    • Faxes Clinicals to Coumadin Clinic on all Coumadin Patients.
    • Faxes ICSN to Primary Care Providers. 2.10 Faxes X-ray and laboratory results to Providers.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Two (2) years recent experience in an acute or ambulatory health care setting, preferred.
    • Medical Terminology required.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Able to work as part of a team.
    • Current California driver license and proof of automobile insurance required.
    • BLS may be required.
