Job Goal:
Under the supervision of the Technology Director, the Data Services Coordinator manages the student information system (SIS) and overall data management needs. This includes supporting the District Registrar with student registration, coordinating and ensuring the accurate completion of the District’s State and Federal reporting requirements, managing the creation and maintenance of staff and student accounts, and leading district device management processes.
Performance Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Data Specialists and the daily operations of the student information system (SIS), help ticketing system, staff and student account process, and district device management.
Lead the district’s State and Federal reporting requirements by working with the District Registrar, the Business Office, District Administrators, Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent, Technology Director, and team of Data Specialists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Review all technology applications (Google Workspace, JAMF, Clever, Apptegy) to expand their capabilities within the district.
