Job Summary
The Associate Registrar of Transfer Innovation and Certifications will lead the Office of the Registrar in its efforts to comply with policies and procedures related to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the National Collegiate Athletics Association ( NCAA ), and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ). This position will oversee the domestic and international transfer evaluation/articulation process for the university.
Successful candidates must: demonstrate an ability to create new and effective processes for athletic compliance and transfer articulation; build and lead a team of professionals who carry out the aforementioned functional areas within the Office of the Registrar; generate and maintain campus-wide partnerships with key stakeholders; and possess thorough knowledge of state, federal, and organizational policy.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); five years of experience; and a working knowledge of Registrar functions; including but not limited to: student information systems, degree audit, veteran services, NCAA athletic certification, registration & records management, graduation certification, transcript & verification, class & event scheduling; and staff management, supervisory, critical thinking and problem solving skills required.
Masters Degree is preferred, has a working knowledge of registrar functions within a university setting and an ability to learn, interpret and apply state and university-specific polices, rules, etc.
