Being an UNIX Administrator detects, diagnoses, and reports UNIX related problems on servers. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, UNIX Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an UNIX Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Responsibilities:
The Administrator is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the facility, including:
Focusing on regulatory requirements regulatory compliance
Fiscal management collections from multiple payors
Oversight of all departments
Staff recruitment and retention
Marketing - including a willingness to be a prominent presence with involvement within the community census development
3 Cs - compliance, compliance and census
Successful candidate must have excellent management skills and must be a "people" person as we are a "people" service industry. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and will be a positive impactful presence in the facility.

Requirements: 2 years Long-Term Care experience
Nursing Home Administrator's License
