As a User Experience Learning and Development Manager in the Consumer and Community Bank Design and Customer Experience (DCE) team, you will develop a range of programs and learning experiences to support the development of our distributed workforce of over 900 designers, researchers, and program managers.
Job Responsibilities
Support key DCE development initiatives by owning, designing, and developing a suite of learning offerings, inclusive of live (virtual and in-person) and self-guided training, learning paths and guides.
Oversee and coordinate the work of collaborators who contribute content and facilitation to the DCE learning program.
Understand UX craft and role profiles to develop solutions that meet the needs of learners.
Recommend and implement autonomous and asynchronous learning programs that can be executed at scale and across multiple locations.
Develop and launch training courses, workshops and pilots as well as manage the network of DCE Learning Champions who facilitate various internal training courses.
Collaborate and measure outcomes to continually improve and evolve the learning program.
Develop strong relationships with the other UX learning teams within JPMorgan Chase to collaborate and generate operational efficiencies for shared learning priorities.
Act as a subject matter expert to community learning initiatives that fall outside the formal DCE Learning program.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
6 years of professional experience in corporate education, training, organizational development, instructional design, or a similar L&D specialty.
Experience with creative teams and working knowledge of Design practices and processes.
Strong communication and project management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver scalable learning programs.
Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior leaders.
Experience using data to inform decisions on effectiveness of learning and development experiences - and an understanding of what creates behavior change resulting in measurable improvement.
Ability to gather, review, interpret, and analyze data to evaluate and improve existing programs.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Demonstrated success working in a complex matrixed organization.
Expertise in change management best practices.
Experience in training design and delivery using multiple delivery platforms and methods (classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, videos, micro-learning).
Experience working with learning and development vendors, including onboarding through vendor approval processes.
