End User Enablement Manager - Enterprise Information Services - *hybrid located within Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, AK, MT, TX, NM)
Enablement Managers (EMs) develop and deliver solutions for end users to use and optimize modern IS services. EMs' responsibilities span the life of the IS solution/service and include collaborating with business and IS stakeholders, engaging with end users to understand needs, building resources to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support, implementing end user awareness campaigns and training programs, adapting to frequent technology updates, and connecting with and supporting the end user community.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or a STEM discipline, or equivalent educ/experience.
5 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
End user training and instructional experience for Microsoft 365 and Viva Suite applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonally and on a technical level.
Ability to deliver training both in a one-on-one consultative basis or in a group or classroom setting.
Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and development; experience creating learning & education reference materials.
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the constantly changing healthcare environment and evolving practice of healthcare professions; and the ability to coordinate and facilitate teamwork with diverse groups.Microsoft SharePoint proficiency.
