• Ability to quickly bring ideas to life through a variety of means, from hand-drawn storyboards to functioning digital prototypes
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices
• Experience working alongside software developers and solid understanding of the software development process
• Experience working in Agile environments and in Scrum Teams
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Invision • Experience designing for digital accessibility following WCAG standards • Understanding of coding/programming
• A strong portfolio of work showcasing UX design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles
