The Kearsarge Regional School Board is accepting applications for the position of School Board Note Taker.
The Note Taker attends all meetings of the School Board to type the minutes for public record. Meetings average twice monthly on Thursdays in the evening (beginning at 6pm) at the SAU office in New London. Attendance and note taking at the Deliberative Session in January is also required as well as additional meetings that may arise.
The qualified candidate will possess excellent attendance, listening and written communication skills and the ability to note and type official minutes.
Maintaining confidentiality is essential. This is a School Board appointed position.
The pay is $26.50/hr with three hours minimum paid per meeting and up to two hours maximum paid to scribe minutes.
Offers of employment are conditional pending the results of FBI Fingerprinting and a Criminal Record
