Job Description

• Responsible for answering phones, communicating prices with customers, interacting with coworkers, creating daily transaction worksheets to be reviewed by corporate officers.
• Facilitate daily truck scheduling through software program. Communicate with plant personnel regarding scheduled orders and coordinate delivery times.

Qualifications

• Communication: This individual must be able communicate with a variety of customers and all levels of the company clearly and professionally.
• This person must be computer literate and have measurable skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, GPS systems, dispatching software (not mandatory), etc.
• Any prior knowledge of the concrete delivery process will be valued but not mandatory.
