Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Utility Person will perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, all functions of utility/grounds work, assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and will work with other department in keeping public areas clean and well maintained. This position requires simple knowledge of basic household maintenance type duties to include general wall repair, painting, faucet repair, drain cleaning, etc. The Utility Person will also assist guests as needed with luggage, delivery of towels and linens, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision  
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Previous experience with various hand and power tools
