UTILITY PERSON jobs in New Hampshire
UTILITY PERSON constructs, maintains, and repairs overhead and underground transmission lines. Performs site preparation tasks, including digging holes or trenches, installing anchors, climbing poles, and using equipment like digger derricks, aerial lifts, pulling and tensioning equipment, forklifts, and dump trucks. Being a UTILITY PERSON installs wire and cable. Follows all safety regulations and procedures. Additionally, UTILITY PERSON work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Apprentice is generally part of a formal or informal on-the-job training program. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a valid Driver's License. Typically reports to a supervisor. The UTILITY PERSON works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position Objective-
Assists in maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and assists cooks as needed.

Performance Expectation- Performs assigned cleaning duties.

Daily duties include: -thoroughly sweep and mop kitchen floors

- Keeps storage areas neat and orderly.
- Stock shelves, rotating and dating inventory.
- Participates on the evening meal and clean up.
- Operates dish machine following the meal.
- Assists co-workers in a variety of duties, i.e. cleaning, food preparation, special functions.
