    Job Duties:

    • Display kindness while speaking with potential new hire applicants over the phone
    • Schedule, remind, and follow up on interview appointments for our multiple offices
    • Add, cancel or make changes to interview appointments
    • Resolve interview conflicts, Display kindness, and be open to providing assistance to potential new hires for multiple offices!
    • Produce reports, daily & weekly
    • Track data thoroughly of those who show up for interviews, etc.
    • Will require some in-office work onsite.
    • Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company’s best operations standards. Each Office has a standard of applicants that need to set and showing up for the interview are “Key” to each office success in keeping client’s staffed.
    • Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time (Monday – Friday) & Saturdays as needed
