Job Description:

We are seeking experienced painters to join our team in revitalizing vacant apartment units. As a painter, you will be responsible for painting interiors of apartments ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms and 970 to 1400 square feet in size. The job entails small patchwork and hole repairs to ensure each unit is in top condition for new occupants. While some units may require more extensive work, your expertise will be essential in achieving a consistent level of quality across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior painting tasks in vacant apartment units, including patchwork and minor repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of painting jobs according to scheduled deadlines.
• Collaborate with the onsite property team to assess and prioritize painting needs.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all painting work to meet company standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential settings.
• Proficiency in small patchwork and hole repairing skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $75-$100 per apartment unit, based on experience and skill level.
• Paint will be provided for all projects.
• Flexible scheduling allows you to pick up as many or as few jobs as desired.
• Opportunity to paint a minimum of 10-30 jobs per month, depending on availability and workload.
