Our nurses are professionals. Our clinicians are procedure-focused and spend their time dedicated to their specialty. We believe our passion for one area is a venture away from “traditional nursing.” It’s the best approach for our patients, our clients, and for you.
We invest in your training. It takes time and commitment to be a vascular access expert. Our orientation program values our nurses’ developing skill set over the time it takes to get there. Each clinician new to Vascular Wellness has a training experience unique to them. When our clinicians go solo, everyone is confident in their skill set to provide top-notch care. Our Administrators on Call are all RNs and are always available to answer questions, consult, or brainstorm. We encourage every clinician to continue learning advanced procedures as they continue with us.
Empowering nurses goes beyond our team. We work closely with the Boards of Nursing in each state we provide services in to expand the scope of practice for all RNs. We actively advocate on behalf of nurses and the nursing profession, so that you can do more for patients at the bedside.
We live our values. Integrity, quality, innovation, and teamwork define our approach to patient care, business, and our workforce. We hold ourselves and each other accountable for our actions. We are committed to providing the best quality training in order to provide the best quality care. We embrace what is better for our professionals and always seek areas of improvement. We are geographically dispersed yet emboldened by a dedicated team and common vision.
There’s a reason we’re so vein! If you seek a career in specialized nursing, a departure from the "traditional nursing mindset," or increased autonomy in patient settings, we want to hear from you!
