VAULT TELLER monitors and records assets in the vault according to company and government standards and regulations. Verifies incoming deposits, counts currency, and balances the vault. Being a VAULT TELLER supplies other internal units with coin and currency. Places orders and fulfills requests to the Federal Reserve Bank to maintain required cash levels. Additionally, VAULT TELLER requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The VAULT TELLER works under moderate supervision. SUMMARY:
Under supervision, and in accordance with existing procedures and systems, provides a variety of member service functions involving the receiving and/or disbursing of funds (i.e. check, money order). Work involves constant and direct dealing with members, and requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively. Work might be performed on the teller platform or at the drive thru windows.

TRAVEL:
This role will require travel to Sumter for Teller Training and is expected to last approx.. three weeks. Additional travel for events, workshops, and training will be required periodically throughout tenure.
