Job Summary:  The American Quilters Society is seeking an enthusiastic employee with great customer service experience to fill a position as a Vendor Coordinator.  The Vendor Coordinator will work alongside customers, vendors, and other staff members to ensure overall exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·         Selling booth space to vendors at AQS Quilt Shows

·         Registering vendors for AQS Quiltweek events

·         Maintain financial and vendor reports

·         Provide support to vendors before, during, and after shows

·         Serving as a liaison to decorators, the convention center, and utility companies when coordinating services for vendors on the show floor

Requirements:

·         Extensive knowledge of Cvent, Visio, and Excel is required

·         Communication and teamwork skills a must

·         Must be well organized and pay close attention to detail

·         Must have the ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

·         Minimal lifting, approximately 30 pounds

·         Some travel involved
