Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Veterans Covert Protection Group, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals in the corporate and personal security sectors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and service, with a commitment to our mission of providing high-level protection services through our dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities in corporate and private security markets

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of customer service

- Present our services professionally, demonstrating the unique benefits of veteran-led protection

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor service offerings to client needs

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)

- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in security, military services, or similar fields

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools

- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and commitment to the company's mission

- Experience in or an understanding of the security/protection industry is a plus

Schedule: In-office Monday-Friday. Estimated hours each week: 35-40 hours

Pay: $33.00/hour (with bonus opportunities)
