In addition, Video Editor proficient using Adobe Creative suite and production software including After Effects and Final Cut and other editing software. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Video Editor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled video editor to work part to possibly full-time on various podcast shows' and/or their social media snippets for a state-of-the-art podcast studio based in Tampa, Florida. Currently accepting all resumes and portfolios for: slightly to heavily experienced creative video editors. You will work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver engaging visual content.

Duties:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, color grading, and visual continuity
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Incorporate special effects, motion graphics, and animations as needed
- Enhance videos with sound effects, music, and voiceovers
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques
Skills:
- Proficient in color grading (DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Experience with typography and creating visually appealing text overlays
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Multi-cam editing experience also preferred, but not required.
- Creative and modern edit styles preferred.
- Looking for a team player who MUST be self-disciplined to stay ahead of scheduled drop dates, communicate well and able to properly prioritize different workloads, when necessary.
