Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• 
  Video Processing – Processing daily video, to include capturing still photos, for updates and reports.
• Auditing - Reviewing cases to ensure all required video has been received by the investigator.
• Communication – Coordinating with the Manager and Investigators to receive any missing or corrupt video evidence
• Video Copies – Generating copies of videos per Managers/Clients request.
• Delivery of Final Documents – Responsible for printing final case reports, client invoice, and burning of final CD/DVD footage, to be mailed to the client.
• Data Entry – Case intake assistance on an as needed basis.

Specific Measures of Success

• Video stills must be pulled each morning and provided to the Operations Manager
• All video evidence must be prepared immediately following the conclusion of the case.
• Any missing video needs to be address immediately and prioritized for processing when received
• Delivery of final investigative report should be completed within 24 hours of case being received in the queue

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word & Outlook
• Prior office/administrative experience.
