Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Short Form Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion and a passion for storytelling, bringing our unique textile designs and clothing to life through engaging and compelling Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. This role will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to create content that resonates with our audience, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute innovative short-form video content strategies tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
· Work closely with our design team to accurately capture the essence of our textiles and clothing, highlighting their unique features and the stories behind them.
· Manage the end-to-end video production process: from conceptualization and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.
· Optimize content for different platforms, understanding the nuances and best practices for each to maximize engagement and reach.
· Stay abreast of the latest trends in short-form content and social media to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
· Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness, making data-informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form content creation.
· Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
· Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, along with their respective audience engagement strategies.
· Creative flair and a good eye for composition, color, and detail, ideally with an interest in fashion and lifestyle brands.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and adapt to changing project needs.
· Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
