Are you passionate about science education and committed to providing exceptional visitor experiences? Exploration Place is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Visitor Services Manager to join our team. Located in Wichita, our science center is a hub of innovation and discovery, offering interactive exhibits and educational programs that engage and inspire visitors of all ages.
As the Visitor Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our visitor services department, including ticketing, and memberships. You will lead a team of customer-focused staff members, ensuring that every visitor receives a warm welcome and enjoys a seamless and informative visit. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall visitor experience and contribute to the success and growth of our science center.
If you have a background in hospitality management, museum operations, or related fields, along with strong leadership and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Exploration Place offers a complete benefit package, including a 401(k) program, health benefits, paid vacation and sick leave. Schedule will primarily be Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. No phone calls please. EOE.
