As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our mission of bringing wonder and excitement to the shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of our retail locations, ensuring they are showcased and merchandised in a manner that captivates and inspires our customers and ultimately drives sales.

- Utilize consumer trends, market research, and buying patterns to inform the design and layout of the stores, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand identity and product offerings.

- Develop visually appealing displays and layouts for our retail spaces.

- Maintain oversight to ensure project and departmental objectives are achieved.

- Monitor progress, coordinate efforts, and make strategic adjustments as needed.

- Track key metrics, communicate updates, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.

- Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to select and procure display materials, props, and fixtures that complement our products and enhance the overall aesthetic.

- Execute merchandising plans with precision, paying attention to detail in product placement, signage, and overall presentation to maximize visual impact and drive sales.

- Train and educate staff on merchandising standards and best practices, empowering them to maintain visual integrity in alignment with company guidelines.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, drawing insights to optimize merchandising strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in visual merchandising, continuously seeking innovative ways to elevate the Wonderlosity brand experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry.

- Strong understanding of retail design principles, materials, and trends.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Creative thinker with a passion for creating visually compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Travel: Approximately 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 per year
