Visual Merchandiser is responsible for constructing, setting up, maintaining, and disassembling signs, banners, mannequins, and other visual displays of retail goods. Creates effective displays and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Being a Visual Merchandiser ensures a visually compelling store, clearly communicating information about products, sales, clearance, or special events. Uses tools and props to construct displays. Additionally, Visual Merchandiser may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Visual Merchandiser occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
PAY :
This role operates on a tiered pay rate system based on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:
· General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc. The payrate for these projects is $19 per hr.
· Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc. The payrate for these projects is $20 per hr.
· Special Projects and Resets - these are high-level, with high execution standards which will usually involve more complex installations, working independently or as part of a team. The payrate for these projects is $21 per hr.
· Field reps are required to complete all 3 levels of work in their assigned territory as needed.
· W2 biweekly pay schedule
· Eligible for a paid time off accrual plan
