    Profile

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Retail Execution

    • Develop innovative, engaging consumer brand experiences that are executable in a retail environment
    • Lead rollout of permanent merchandising programs, activations, and visual merchandising programs
    • Orchestrate product launches, including timelines, forecasts, merchandising tools, activation design, and media
    • Work in partnership with the commercial team to develop store classification based on the visual image
    • Identify new airport retail opportunities
    • Manage VM elements & POSM implementation for new store openings based on GTR guidelines: mapping, ordering/sourcing, shipment monitoring, and installation management
    • Build consumer-centric planogramming strategies
    • Manage flagship SiS openings: all visual assets, merchandising, PR, and events
    • Regularly visit key airports and stores to identify opportunities and needs
    • Assist in the management of Extern & External Consultants

    Brand Development

    • Help develop and communicate airport retail strategy
    • Assist Marketing Director to build the annual marketing brand plan and support implementation at key accounts in collaboration with the sales team
    • Grow PR and digital programming as it relates to airports to drive MH brand visibility and share activations
    • Compile business performance updates, including: market analysis, competition information, and marketing ROI analysis
    • Identify growth opportunities in the field and develop appropriate tools
    • Support the Sales Team with sell-out initiatives and customer-oriented tools
    • Develop a network of expert agencies ensuring MH Audit full compliancy
    • Proactively monitor and evaluate competitor operational activities, including promotional & merchandising activity, category management, and advertising
    • Identify and recommend investment priorities for visibility and activation programs
    • Build a strong working relationship with Global Travel Retail marketing in Paris via regular meetings, communication, and project updates
    • Ensure a solid working knowledge of key strategic customers and build strong working relationships.

    QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:



    Languages:


    • Excellent spoken and written English, other languages are a plus


    Professional experience:

    • 5 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry
    • 3 years of retail experience ideally in Travel Retail
    • In depth experience in managing merchandising projects at scale
    • Architectural background/experience a plus
    • Good understanding of luxury brands


    Technical & management skills:


    • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong timeline/project management skills
    • Ability to work across different cultural environments
    • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
    • Excellent project planning & management
    • High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
