Position Summary:
· Manage Nephron Outsourcing Facility personnel and operations during Visual Inspection.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of batch records.
· Manage the Visual Inspection training program.
· Assists with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
· Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
Primary Accountabilities:

· Manages all Visual Inspection personnel and activities.
· Oversees and verifies all Visual Inspection employee training, to ensure continued compliance.
· Maintain proper documentation of Visual Inspection activities consistent with established GDP policies and procedures.
· Stays abreast of all procedures to ensure availability to perform tasks, if needed
· Communicate quality-related observations, issues, problems, discrepancies, and any violations of company policies or procedures to Quality Management
· Assists with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
· Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Bachelors of Arts or Science degree, preferred.
· Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance/Production experience, or 2 years related experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, math skills, and knowledge of Metric System.
· Willingness to participate in training, and gain other certifications, as needed.
· The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.
· The ability to manage a multitude of resources, and to be organized, accurate, and current with data and information.
· The ability to take strategic objectives and accept accountability, motivate and influence others, things globally and leverages diversity.
· Position may require bending, typing, climbing, lifting (up to 15lbs), reaching, vision (20/20 corrected), standing, sitting, walking, and hearing.
· Incumbents are required to wear respiratory protection, laboratory coat, hearing protection, cleanroom gowns and other non-specified protective equipment as necessary in specified areas.
· Must be able to work individually and on a team.

· Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, or as company needs dictate
