Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance and layout of the retail store.
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products and attract customers.
- Collaborate with the store manager to determine the best placement of merchandise and ensure optimal product visibility.
- Utilize retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory control and product placement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies.
- Train and supervise staff on visual merchandising techniques, ensuring consistent execution across all store locations.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate them into visual displays to keep the store fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to create a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions as needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
