Visual Merchandising Manager creates, develops, and implements all visual merchandising programs. Leads the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise staff on visual merchandising techniques, ensuring consistent execution across all store locations.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate them into visual displays to keep the store fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to create a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
