Journeys Vocational is part of the Journeys Family of Services, a state-wide agency focused on the developing adults and children with developmental disabilities.

We are seeking a passionate Job Coach to join our team at Journeys Vocational Services. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in educating, training development, recruiting, and workforce development for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your work will involve assessing, mentoring and directing individuals with developmental disabitlies in becoming more independent and successful in their respective employment.

We are seeking a job coach to work:

• Perform individual instruction pertinent to participants job and goals they are working on
• Deliver instruction to participants to practice skills to work on
• Reinforce learned skills through individualized practice with participants
• Daily documentation of results of instructional tasks and summarize data
• Analyze participant performance errors
• Attend any training required for services provided
• Turn in data sheets daily for time clock to be verified for payroll
• Channel concerns, questions, and information to direct supervisor
• Other duties and responsibilities specified by supervisor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
