    Position Summary:

    The Analyst, Customer Solutions will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, & Category Development teams to drive growth and efficiencies through analytical support of the end-to-end supply chain and category development process. The position is responsible for providing analytical support to deliver on customer KPIs, customer compliance programs, inventory, and forecast accuracy in conjunction with category analysis & reporting. The position will be responsible for working with customer POS & forecasting data, syndicated category data, and other resources to analyze, report, and present findings.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to provide analytics to ensure all key replenishment metrics are met: In-stock, Fine mitigation, Fill rate, Cuts, and Inventory Levels and other key KPIs.
    • Analyze large quantities of supply chain and category data to help Supply Chain Team, Demand Planners and Sales Team make data-driven decisions, optimize forecast accuracy, and identify inventory and category issues and trends both internally and externally for customers.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory, and coordinate forecasts for Energizer Demand Planning team. Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager to create unit and store level forecasts. Analyze internal and external data to maintain high level shipment forecast accuracy.
    • Provide analytical support of POS & replenishment strategies for seasonal, promotions, and natural disasters.
    • Collaborate with Category Manager to provide analytical and technical support for Planogram development, POS trend analysis, assortment opportunities, promotional effectiveness, and business case scenario building.
    • Track and analyze actual orders vs customer projections and internal shipping forecasts/targets and provide ongoing analysis of POS sell-through at retail.
    • Evaluate In-stocks and weekly cuts by product segment and identify root cause of the cut, time to recover, and solution to facing team’s weekly basis.
    • Provide analytical support on customer, store, and distribution center POS as well as replenishment trends, strategies, and initiatives.
    • May perform additional duties as assigned
    What we are looking for:
    • 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Min. 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Category Development functions preferred with a strong customer focus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong business acumen
    • Negotiation and influence skills
    • Able to work in and find opportunity in ambiguous situations/information
    • Results oriented – able to deliver results in the fast-moving environment and adapt to change
    • Strong computer skills required
    • Ability to communicate & articulate issues and analytical findings (verbal & written)

    • Self-starter – able to work on own initiative
    • Awareness of trends & innovations in Customer Supply Chain & Category Development practices
    • Working experience in Supply Chain and/or Category Development systems (SAP, Customer POS, IRI, Nielsen, Numerator)
