Responsibilities and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in social work, psychology, or other related field preferred.
• Develop and maintain a community network to assist in response to issues related to intimate partner violence and sexual assault, their victims, abusers, and effected persons
• Maintain an understanding of current trends and best practices in the delivery of services to survivors of domestic violence and their families.
• Provide supervision to a case management team of advocates
• Oversee advocacy and direct client assistance processes
• Assign and staff with advocates about clients and caseloads
• Support advocates with client issues and needs as required
• Must have some knowledge and experience with grant management and data tracking
• Reports directly to Director of Prevention and Community-Based Projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
