Voice Communications Manager is responsible for managing the policies and procedures of voice communications. Ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. Being a Voice Communications Manager oversees the design and implementation of voice telecommunications networks. Selects vendors and negotiates contracts. Additionally, Voice Communications Manager reviews reports on system specifications in support of system upgrades and makes final decision regarding updates. Involved in long-range or strategic voice communications plans. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Voice Communications Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Voice Communications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Mobile Operations HTML Manager

  • The Mobile Operations HTML Manager is responsible for the HTML coding, producing and testing of marketing and operational email communications according to the campaign strategy. This individual will also monitor and verify the accuracy of campaign content as it progresses through the build process.

    This individual collaborates with cross functional teams to optimize versioning, while ensuring a consistent email experience across multiple email applications. The Mobile Operations HTML Manager also utilizes knowledge and research of current email best practices to provide input on design and layout to ensure successful delivery. Lastly, the marketing manager ensures testing and timely execution of campaigns is completed.

    What You'll Do:


    • Design, code, and test responsive email templates using HTML/CSS for optimal rendering across multiple email clients and devices from PDF/Photoshop layered artwork.
    • Design, code, and testing of Marketing and Operational emails and SMS including, but not limited to, acquisition/upgrade campaigns, product notifications, payment reminders, cancellation notices, new subscription updates and account maintenance.
    • Ability to troubleshoot HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding and application errors.
    • Ability to proactively identify and remedy issues of common email rendering bugs and quick workarounds.
    • Configure and deploy email campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring proper delivery type, and scheduling. Confirming successful delivery by monitoring ACC deployment report.
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to verify the accuracy of, functionality, and performance of email campaigns across different environments and devices.
    • Serve as subject matter expert in determining which emails are candidates for templates vs. custom builds.
    • Proactively work with other members of the team to improve processes and workflow for greater efficiency.
    • Liaison with key external vendors and internal boundary partners.
    • Contribute to documentation of tasks and best practices.

    Who You Are

    Minimum:


    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
    • HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding, including hands-on experience deploying email and SMS campaign deliveries within multi-channel marketing applications like Adobe Campaign, SFMC, etc., coupled with the ability to independently code and troubleshoot HTML/CSS without reliance on WYSIWYG editors.
    • API testing tools (SoapUI, Postman, etc.) for testing and integration, alongside proficiency in manipulating data variables to dynamically proof, personalize, and customize content.
    • Solid understanding of dynamic email content, personalization techniques, and email marketing automation workflows using JavaScript.
    • Leveraging XML and JSON data formats to dynamically replace placeholders with relevant information, ensuring accurate proofs within marketing campaigns.
    • Programming languages such as JavaScript for implementing conditional statements to customize email content and behavior.
    • Rich-media personalization elements featuring real-time content, including proficiency in live content platforms (Liveclicker, Movable Ink, etc.)
    • Basic Photoshop for image editing and optimization in email templates.
    • Email marketing platforms and tools or comparable email marketing tools.
    • Email testing tools, i.e. Litmus.
    • Microsoft Office and some use of database and project management tools, preferably Airtable.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage many deadlines across multiple tactics.
    • Ensure emails consistently adhere to all branding guidelines.
    • Proactively work with other members of the team to improve processes and workflow for greater efficiency.
    • Liaison with key external vendors and internal boundary partners.
    • Contribute to documentation of tasks and best practices.



    Preferred :
    • Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or a related field.
    • Telecommunications industry experience.
    • Certification and/or experience in Adobe Campaign.
    • Subject matter expert in determining which emails are candidates for templates vs. custom builds.
    • Serve as a lead and functional expert with creative teams (number of templates, automation possibilities, etc.).
    • Basic understanding of testing and QA.
    • End to end email and SMS execution.
    • Experience across operating systems, browsers, ESPs and different devices.
