Job Overview:
Natural Stone Fabrication and Design is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Kalispell Montana. This full time position is responsible for maintaining a constantly updating slab inventory. Duties include; Forklift Operating for slab movement, using our Photo Station for slab pictures and our in house Inventory Management CRM. Prior experience is a plus, however, training and Forklift certification is provided. Benefits Include; Holidays, Paid Time Off, Bonuses and Medical Coverage. Responsibilities:
- Manage stone slab inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues
- Monitor product quality and perform quality control checks on incoming shipments
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
