Job Overview:
The Process Development Engineer will be responsible for optimizing wafer manufacturing processes in capability, reliability capacity, de-bottlenecking, and managing day-to-day operations related to wafer production at the new QCELLS factory in Cartersville, GA. This includes production line management, office management, vendor management, and research & development management as assigned. The Process Development Engineer will be a vital member of the Wafer Process team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth wafer operations of the facility.
