• Troubleshoots/implements process control strategies to support new and existing processes, including efficiency improvements, optimization, variability reduction, compliance with environmental and safety requirements as well as equipment/process reliability.
• Troubleshoots hardware for new and existing process automation projects/systems.
• Trains operators and maintenance personnel on new control functions.
• Assists technical groups with process improvement activities, as well as process/maintenance troubleshooting activities and RCFA investigations.
• Is responsible for business continuity of process control systems through documentation, training and management-of-change process and sharing “Best Practices.”
• Shares the responsibility for providing weekend and off-hour support for all Process Control Mill needs.
