Cabot Creamery achieved B Corp certification in 2012 and became the world's first dairy co-op to do so.This certification demonstrates our commitment to environmental and social impacts for our consumers, employees and our co-operative of dairy farm families.
Preferred candidates will have selecting, shipping and receiving experience.
Individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently loading/unloading trailers, releasing cheese to Cut and Wrap for cutting, moving trailers around the yard and will be cross-trained to perform other warehouse tasks as opportunities allow.Previous experience with DSD order selecting, loading trucks and production receiving is a plus, as well as forklift and electric pallet jack certification.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, responsible and dependable, and will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy ability.
Position requires a High School diploma or GED.
These positions provide 40 hours per week, paid time off and holidays. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension plan and much more.
This recognizes regular full-time benefited eligible hourly employees who work second, third and weekend shifts.
In recognition of those employees willing to work shifts that are more difficult to fill and maintain, we offer a supplemental pay program.
All hours worked between the hours of 3:00pm and 11:00pm will be paid an additional: $1.00 per hour.
All hours worked between Friday at 11:00pm and Sunday at 11:00pm will also receive an additional: $3.00 per hour.
Supplemental pay may be stacked
