Job Summary

To support warehouse process efficiency and assure the quality is in place with finish good product assuring that all items are in saleable condition for complete customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.
• Performs routine pre-shift and post-inspections on warehouse equipment.
• Inspect pallets before loading.
• Ability to notice problems with the trailer with a pre inspection before loading and report them to leadership.
• Load trailers with pre-determined patterns for legal weight distribution.
• Provides support picking and staging orders.
• Help support facility cleanliness.
• Effectively communicates with and supports team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good prioritization and problem-solving ability,
• Self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
• Previous RF / WMS experience required.
• Proficient ability with electric sit-down forklift, double walkie riders
• Valid class A license helpful.

Education and / or Experience

High school or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing / manufacturing of foods and beverages

Additional Considerations

Overtime Requirements : This job will require overtime and some weekends.
