Warehouse Manager manages warehouse operations and processes. Oversees receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. GENERAL SUMMARY
The warehouse and fleet manager will be responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. The warehouse and fleet manager will complete daily review of the orders needing to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. The Warehouse and Fleet Manager will ensure inventory records are up to date and ensure employees follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.
In addition, this role focuses on coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs of
company vehicles. The Warehouse and Fleet Manager will oversee preventative maintenance schedule and track the completion of these maintenance tasks by external vendors, such as mechanics. This role will also maintain ISS inventory of spare parts and tires in case of emergency repairs. This position will assist with the purchase or lease of replacement vehicles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
· Review daily orders. Assist with preparation and fulfillment of orders.
· Check to make sure orders are filled accurately.
· Maintain current records of warehouse inventory.
· Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs.
· Work with external vendors, including mechanics.
· Maintain a database of truck and driver information.
· Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements.
· Ensure staff members follow all safety regulations.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Formal training in Supply Chain Management
· 3 years of warehouse distribution experience, preferably in a managerial role
· Knowledge of bulk packing and warehouse pick and pack procedures
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Valid Driver's License
· Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented
SUPERVISION
Position reports directly to the Logistician and is under his/her general direction. Will require the ability to manage a team of individuals within the warehouse

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position the employee regularly works in an office environment with low to moderate noise in the work environment. The employee may be exposed to weather conditions that are above 100 degrees or below 0 degrees. Wearing of safety clothing and equipment may at times be required.
