Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including materials management, procurement, shipping and receiving, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, monitor order fulfillment, and optimize warehouse processes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong understanding of materials management, procurement, shipping and receiving, supply chain management, and production planning systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
