Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days, including Saturday & Sunday work depending on volume. Typical workdays are between 8 and 10 hours, subject to change based on customer needs.

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key leader within our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our third-party logistics facility. This role requires a strong leader capable of developing and managing third-party facilities in a productive and cost-controlled manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of our third-party logistics facility, including office operations, warehouse activities, customer relations, information technology, quality, and security.
- Take full responsibility for achieving company objectives, adhering to standard operating procedures, productivity standards, and cost control goals (including full P&L responsibility).
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor the activities of various departments within the organization.
- Review financial statements and data, utilizing this information to improve profitability.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and control inventory levels.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company.
- Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals.
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies to maximize output.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and placement of required staff, establishing organizational structures that meet customer needs.
- Delegate tasks, supervise staff, and monitor and evaluate employee performance through a quality improvement process.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that operational plans are implemented and managed effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience, with the ability to lead, guide, and develop a team for optimal outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience working with spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), software, and databases.
- Basic knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write management summaries and communicate with senior-level leaders.
- Knowledge of reporting procedures, recordkeeping, and warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, with a focus on visually assessing products for accuracy.
