Warranty Analyst jobs in Clackamas, OR

Toyota of Gladstone is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and administering warranty claims and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of claims to manufacturers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of warranty administration experience and be well-versed in automotive industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner

• Communicating with manufacturers regarding claim submissions and resolving any issues that may arise

• Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation

• Coordinating with service advisors and technicians to ensure that all necessary information and documentation is collected for each claim

• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures

• Providing support to the service department as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration

• Strong understanding of automotive industry standards and practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience working with CDK Drive and Toyota Warranty System is a plus
